Samples
We are more than happy to send out a free sample of any of the tiles listed on our website. Please bear in mind that some stones have many variations of colour and texture, which we have tried to show in our photos, whilst others are very consistent. The 100mm x 100mm sample will show the general colour and texture of the tiles but will not display every feature that may occur.

Availability
Most of the tiles on our website are kept in stock, usually in large quantities, so delivery can be arranged within 3/5 working days. If the tiles you require are out of stock, they have generally been ordered from the various quarries around the world and are already in transit. You will be notified at the time of order when the next shipment is due.

Delivery details
Tiles are delivered by the pallet at a cost of £55 inc vat. Pallet quantities vary between 16m² and 39m² as indicated on the price list. We will confirm how many pallets your order requires and the cost of delivery. The delivery vehicle has a tail lift and a pallet truck so full pallets can be maneuvered onto your driveway or into your garage, surface permitting.

Returns
We will refund the full value of any sub standard tiles that are returned to us. Please notify us within 7 days of your delivery if you are unhappy with any of the tiles.

Payment
Proforma payment is required to place an order. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as personal cheques, bankers’ drafts and bank transfers.
